Okaloa Flowlab is a new, experiential, way of teaching and coaching agility that involves the entire organization. In a philosophy of “practice before theory”, it allows participants to experience old and new ways of organizing work through simulations. By not being restricted to a particular type of work it speaks to all functions (HR, Marketing, IT, …); by including a whole range of simulations (team, cross-team, value-stream, portfolio, …) it speaks to all levels of the organization.

During this Embark workshop participants will simulate different business scenarios to practice how to organize work at team level. It allows participants to experience the result of resource efficiency and to understand flow efficiency at team level.
