KANBAN TRAIN THE TRAINER ( AKT)

Event Description

The Kanban University (KU) Accredited Kanban Trainer Program is designed for experienced Kanban professionals who want to offer certified training in the Kanban Method.

Completion of the Kanban Train the Trainer (TTT) course is a required step in the process of becoming an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT). The TTT course tests accepted participants' Kanban knowledge and teaches them how to deliver the Kanban University course curriculum in a classroom setting. This course does not teach Kanban fundamentals, however. Prior to attending TTT, it is necessary to have a strong proficiency in the Kanban Method as taught by KU.

This is an interactive and collaborative course designed to assess current Kanban knowledge, promote knowledge sharing and deeper learning among the participants, and will also discuss the challenges faced by Kanban trainers.

Agenda:

Demonstrate the ability to train the Kanban Method

Explain the Principles and Practices of Kanban Method

Run one of the exercises from either KSD or KSI

Present a case study showing how you have applied the Kanban Method

Answer challenging questions that are typical of students in actual classes

Discuss the challenges of teaching Kanban classes and building a Kanban training business

Learning Objective:

Demonstrate 4 areas of competence: Trainer skills, Kanban knowledge, Kanban experience, and understanding of Kanban University foundational curriculum

Understand the challenges of teaching Kanban classes and learn how to deal with them

Be able to answer tough questions that are frequently raised in Kanban classrooms

Cultivate the Kanban mindset into the trainees to deliver great value Enhance your teaching skills to present Kanban topics efficiently
