Overview

The two day Registered Scrum Master training is designed to share insights and strategies from the successful launch of high performing Scrum teams in business across the world. It keeps you relevant in today’s market, and sets participants apart as a leader.

Attending this course will help participants understand how to implement Scrum and help the organization address inevitable market changes. The course is designed to be very interactive including a variety of games and exercises. The participants will also learn to create product backlog, prioritize it and manage the burndown chart.
